Mantchini Traoré works in Mali's cultural field. After studying management, she became a consultant in cultural initiatives for various organizations, cooperations and international events, such as the photography biennale Rencontres de Bamako. From 2011 to 2013, Mantchini worked to strengthen the capacities of cultural operators in Mali in conjunction with the European Union. Since 2016, she has worked with the French Institute in Paris as project manager, and is president of the Cultur'Elles association. She also created the reality show "L'instant Thé," broadcasted in Mali, which helps to highlight the initiatives of young citizens committed to the development of their country.
