Mulwa Kaloi
Julius Kaloi holds an MBA in Finance and a degree in Accounting. He is a member of the County Executive Committee, where he is in charge of Lands, Mining, Physical Planning & Urban Development. He worked previously as CEC in charge of Devolution and Public Service. Before joining the Government of Makueni County, Julius worked for 20 years with the European Union. He has also experience working with development organisations and the private sector.
