Noaman is the co-founder and CEO of M3mal for Development, providing coworking spaces and pre-incubation services for entrepreneurs in Alexandria, Egypt. Having introduced the concept of coworking in Alexandria and being the vice-curator of the Global Shapers Alexandria Hub, Noaman is considered a community leader in his hometown Alexandria. Noaman holds a BA in Business Administration from Beirut Arab University and an MBA in International Business from Arab Academy for Science and Technology, Alexandria, Egypt.
